Douglas Apparicio, Chief Marketing Officer
Douglas better known as (KD), has over 15 years of experience in filming. His first start in the film industry was in the late 1980s, when at Bushwick High School, he created the first Grammar Script Writing English Class. Douglas started writing video treatments, and movie scripts under the guidance of Hal Corley, a television writer for All My Children and As The World Turns. Douglas has worked with notable Music Video and Film Director Hype Williams, Spike Lee's 40 Acres and A Mule Filmworks, R.Kelly, Blackstreet, Blackmoon, Smif n Wesson, and OGC Originoo Gunn Clappaz. Douglas is Co-Founder and CEO of Marketing for both Show Up Films & TRCK Management. He co-wrote, produced, and directed Tykoon-The Rise of The Distinguished. Douglas is also an Officer for the Department of Public Safety at (NYU) New York UniversityTisch School of Art.
Chalita Drayton, Chief Operations Officer
Brooklyn born and raised, Chalita is better known as Cha to family and friends. Shortly after graduating high school, she attended The Institute of Audio Research (IAR) in New York for Music Production and Audio Engineering. She is the primary creator of the film Tykoon - The Rise of The Distinguished, and cowrote, produced, and directed the film. Chalita has over 10 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. She is an Audio Engineer expert for a local Brooklyn music studio, as well as a Protools & Audio Engineer instructor. Chalita has directed several music videos and developed video treatments. She has worked with successful artists such as Maino, Red Café, Busta Rhymes, Tony Yayo, singer/actress Naturi Naugton, and Mazarati Fox. She has also worked with up and coming artists such as Outasight and Print, to name a few. Chalita produces Talent Showcases, providing up and coming artists the opportunity to perform live on stage, in front of many others, some for the very first time. Chalita has received her Certification as an Electrician from Apex Technical School and is Co-Founder and CEO of Operations for both Show Up Films & TRCK Management. As a child from Columbia, SC, Robin aspired to become an actress. At that time her parents did not take her desires too seriously, so they immediately started swaying Robin towards the medical and educational fields.
Tiffon Dunn, Chief Networking Officer for Social Capital Dept.
Tiffon is known as “Pop” to all. Born in Queens, NY, but relocated to Brooklyn at the age of 16. Tiffon was raised in a single parent household, with his mother and nine siblings. At an early age, Tiffon started idolizing an older brother, who was unfortunately selling drugs. At 13 years old, Tiffon started selling drugs and carrying guns in order to make money to assist his mother with caring for himself and his siblings. Tiffon’s life of crime ended with him spending eight years in prison. While in prison Tiffon wrote songs, and developed ideas about being in the entertainment business. After his final release from prison, Tiffon changed his life around away from crime. In the late 1990’s, he met with childhood friend recording artist “Cadillac Tah” signed to Murder Inc. While working and traveling with Cadillac Tah, Tiffon attended business meetings with Cadillac Tah and networked with numerous record label artists and label executives through Murder Inc. Tiffon founded Pop Off Entertainment, managing artists. Tiffon’s most recent artist signed to Pop Off Entertainment is Simplicity. Tiffon produces Talent Showcases, providing up and coming artists the opportunity to perform live on stage. Tiffon is also Co-Founder and Vice-President for both Show Up Films & TRCK Management. He co-wrote, produced, and directed “Tykoon-The Rise of The Distinguished.” Tiffon is currently working on the development of his inventions, which includes a children’s game, and computer technology.
